Engineering optimization for large-span logistics buildings — Bengaluru, Karnataka. ~19,900 sqm, ~751 MT at ~37.8 kg/sqm.

Multi-building industrial facility: 518,148 sq ft, 98 m clear-width arches, 32 m centre height, 2,918 MT total steel at 5.63 kg/sq.ft. index.

Goa: 114 m clear-span commercial building (25 m tall, 13.5 m clear height) with an 18.3 m mushroom-shaped cantilevered entrance canopy.

Delivery: March 2025 | India. 260 MT steel-structure detailing — connection design to IS 800:2007, 3D modelling, comprehensive shop drawings, BOQ preparation, and design report.

Gadchiroli District, Maharashtra — 226,000 sq ft heavy industrial crane building, 25 MT & 10 MT EOT cranes at 13.5 m hook height. Laced columns: 25% saving in primary weight, 15% overall — 1,685 MT total.

Delivered Aug 2025 — Senegal, West Africa. 4,317.92 sqm, 168 MT PEB for agricultural storage and processing with skewed layout and sine/cosine wind-load analysis.
